Clean Team & Ambassador Committee -  Dedicated to keeping Downtown Missoula clean and safe.  This committee is involved with projects such as the Clean Team and Cigarette Urns.  Additionally, this committee guides the Ambassador program to make Downtown a better place for both locals and out-of-town guests.

Business Retention and Recruitment Committee- Concerned with keeping our business environment healthy and varied.  They will develop and implement a plan which addresses partnerships, grants and a loan funding program by April 2007 to help retain current businesses in the Downtown area as well as recruit new ones.

Streetscapes and General Aesthetics Committee - Working to make Downtown Missoula more appealing through the addition of trees, garbage cans, and other street furniture.

Marketing and Ratepayer Communication Committee- Creating a comprehensive marketing plan that includes marketing of Downtown Missoula to the general public, businesses, residents and ratepayers.  This committee will also be responsible for continued communication with the ratepayers to ensure they are aware of the progress the Board of Directors is making.

Downtown Streets Project Committee - Implementing the streetscapes plan developed by the Missoula Redevelopment Agency.  Also will be responsible for identifying other businesses and potential partners for this plan and education of the ratepayers regarding what the plan entails.
