Scope of Services
The BID consists of two zones shown on the attached map. Zone 1 (pink) is the primary area of service as the assessment is higher than in Zone 2 (blue), the secondary area (view map). There are 713 tree grates, 376 handicap ramps, and 26 alleys in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

The BID Clean Team will be responsible for the following:

• Snow removal and de-icing on handicap ramps at street intersections with a focus on Zone 1.  Service to Zone 2 will be secondary.
• Tree grates to be cleaned and weeded on a regular basis.
• Litter removal from sidewalks, gutters, and alleys.
• Hand flyers removed from utility poles.
• Report of graffiti to the City of Missoula Graffiti Task Force.
